Tirzepatide + Vitamin B12 (Any Dose, 3 Months)

About this treatment

This plan is for patients already taking tirzepatide who want to continue at their current, established dose. Tirzepatide works on two gut hormones, GLP-1 and GIP. This formula adds vitamin B12 to support energy metabolism.

How it works

You continue your once-weekly subcutaneous injection at home. A licensed provider confirms your current dose, progress and any side effects during your consultation, then sets your plan for the next 3 months.
