This policy is for Washington and Nevada consumers, as required by Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data law (SB 370). Sol by Sensa is operated by Sensa Wellness LLC. Health information your provider holds under HIPAA is covered by your treating provider's Notice of Privacy Practices instead.
What we collect. Treatments you view or buy; health goals or symptoms you share outside your consultation; and browsing information from health-related pages. Replit analytics processes network and browser information to measure visits, page URLs, traffic sources, approximate location, and browser and device types. Page URLs may identify the treatment being viewed.
Why. To provide the products and services you request, connect you with a licensed provider, fill and ship orders, answer your questions, and meet legal obligations. We also use website analytics to understand visits, traffic sources and how people use the site.
Where it comes from. From you directly; automatically through website hosting, analytics and essential service technologies; and from our telehealth and pharmacy partners. Replit supplies the website analytics service. That analytics integration does not give us access to medical answers entered inside Scriptful's separate embedded consultation page.
Who we share it with. Licensed providers in the Scriptful, Inc. network, the pharmacies that fill your prescriptions, our payment processor and shipping carriers, and website service providers, including Replit for hosting and browsing analytics. We do not share it with affiliates, advertisers or social media platforms. We do not let third parties track you across websites through our site.
Consent, no sale, no geofencing. Replit website analytics currently loads automatically, including on health-related pages; the site does not currently wait for analytics consent or provide an analytics opt-out control. Closing the privacy notice only dismisses it and is not consent. This notice does not replace any consent required by applicable consumer health data laws. You can contact us using the details below to make a privacy request or withdraw consent you previously gave. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not geofence health care facilities.
Your rights. You can ask us to:
confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data
see that data, along with a list of the third parties we shared it with
delete it
stop collecting or sharing it (Nevada)
You can also withdraw your consent at any time, and appeal any denial.
To make a request, email info@sensaspas.com with the subject "Consumer Health Data Request," or call (305) 707-3672. We respond within 45 days, and may take one 45-day extension if we tell you first. If we deny your appeal, you can contact the Washington Attorney General (atg.wa.gov) or the Nevada Attorney General (ag.nv.gov).
Product reviews. If you choose to submit a review, we collect the product reviewed, public display name, rating, title, text, submission date and permission to publish. A review associated with a treatment may reveal a health-related interest even without medical details. We use Google Sheets to store and moderate submissions. Approved reviews are public; submitting the form authorizes publication of the information entered. Do not include personal medical details or identifying information. Contact us using the details above to withdraw publication permission or request removal.
