How it works.
Every treatment on this site is prescription-only. A licensed provider reviews your history and decides what, if anything, is appropriate for you.
Questions
How do I apply my Sensa membership discount?
You can apply your Sensa membership discount at checkout. The discount applies only to the cost of your medication and does not cover consultation fees, shipping, or taxes.
What actually happens in a consultation?
You complete an intake covering your medical history, current medications and what you are hoping to address. A provider licensed in your state reads it and decides whether a prescription is appropriate. They may ask follow-up questions, request lab work, or decline to prescribe. A consultation is a medical review, not a formality attached to a purchase.
When do I choose my consultation type?
Consultation options and any applicable fees are presented during Scriptful's intake. You do not need to choose a consultation type on this site. Your state's rules may require a live visit.
Why would I be required to have a live visit?
Some states require a real-time visit before a provider can prescribe, and the rules differ by state and sometimes by medication. We check your state during intake and tell you which type of visit you need before you pay for anything.
How are compounded medications different from branded ones?
A compounded medication is made by a licensed pharmacy for an individual prescription, sometimes combining ingredients that are not available together commercially. Compounded formulations are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness the way a branded drug is. Your provider will explain the difference as it applies to what you are prescribed.
How does it ship and how should I store it?
Orders dispatch Monday through Wednesday from Miami in an insulated mailer with a gel pack, so nothing sits in a depot over a weekend. Injectables are refrigerated at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius. Once a vial is reconstituted, refrigerate it and use it within the window your provider specifies. Do not freeze a reconstituted vial.
Can I return a prescription medication?
No. Once a prescription medication has been dispensed to you it cannot be returned or resold, which is true of every pharmacy. If something arrives damaged, or the pharmacy has made an error, contact us and we will replace it.
Who are the providers, and how do I verify their license?
Consultations are provided by independent physicians and nurse practitioners in the Scriptful, Inc. telehealth provider network (scriptful.com). Every provider is licensed in the state where you are located at the time of your consultation, and you will see their name, credentials and state license number before your visit. You can verify any provider's license with your state's medical or nursing board, or ask us at info@sensaspas.com. Sensa Wellness LLC operates this site and does not practice medicine.
