Agreement. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sol by Sensa website and services, operated by Sensa Wellness LLC ("Sensa Wellness", "we", "us"), 2830 NW 5th Ave, Miami, FL 33127. By creating an account, booking a consultation or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping and Returns Policy.
Not for emergencies. Our services are not for medical emergencies. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, located in a state where our services are available at the time of your consultation, and able to give accurate and complete information about your health. You may use the services only for yourself.
Telehealth services and consent. Consultations are provided by independent physicians and nurse practitioners licensed in your state through our telehealth provider network, Scriptful, Inc. (scriptful.com). Sensa Wellness LLC is not a medical provider and does not practice medicine; it operates the Sol by Sensa website, customer service, membership and billing. A consultation may be asynchronous (a questionnaire reviewed by a provider) or synchronous (a live video visit), depending on your state's rules and the treatment. By requesting a consultation, you consent to receiving care through telehealth. Telehealth has limits compared with an in-person visit, and your provider may refer you for in-person care or lab work.
Provider judgment. Your provider decides whether a prescription is right for you. Adding a treatment to your cart or paying a consultation fee does not guarantee a prescription. Your provider may ask follow-up questions, request lab work, prescribe a different treatment or decline to prescribe.
Prescriptions and pharmacies. Prescriptions are filled by licensed US pharmacies, including compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient and are not approved by the FDA for safety or effectiveness in the way branded drugs are. Follow your provider's directions and the pharmacy's labeling, and tell your provider about any side effects.
Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each treatment page. The consultation fee is charged when you submit your consultation. Medication is charged only after a provider approves your prescription. By giving us a payment card, you authorize us to charge it for the amounts you approve at checkout, including shipping and any applicable taxes.
Cancellations and refunds. Because prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed, refunds are limited as set out in our Shipping and Returns Policy.
Billing questions and disputes. If you see a charge you don't recognize or disagree with, contact us at info@sensaspas.com or 305 707-3672 before contacting your card issuer. We will respond within one business day. Charges appear on your statement as SENSA WELLNESS.
Your account. Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Acceptable use. You agree not to give false information, resell or share medication prescribed to you, or use the website in a way that breaks the law or interferes with its operation.
Intellectual property. The website content, brand names and logos belong to Sensa Wellness or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Disclaimers. Information on the website is for general education and is not medical advice. Results vary, and no treatment is guaranteed to produce a particular result. To the extent the law allows, the website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Sensa Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Material changes apply to you after we notify you by email or on the website.
