About this treatment
This prescription topical combines three proven hair-loss ingredients in one application. Male- and female-pattern hair loss is driven largely by DHT, a hormone that gradually shrinks hair follicles until they stop producing visible hair.
Each ingredient targets hair loss differently. Finasteride (0.25%) blocks the conversion of testosterone to DHT at the scalp. Minoxidil (5%) increases blood flow to follicles and prolongs the growth phase. Tretinoin (0.01%) helps the scalp absorb minoxidil more effectively. Together, this formula may:
Slow or stop further hair loss
Regrow hair in thinning areas, especially at the crown
Thicken existing hair for a fuller look
Deliver finasteride locally, with less of the medication reaching the rest of the body than with oral tablets
Who it’s for
Adult men with pattern hair loss, and postmenopausal women under provider guidance.
How it works
You apply the solution to dry areas of thinning on your scalp, usually once daily. A licensed provider reviews your health history and sets your routine during your consultation. Some temporary shedding in the first weeks is normal and means new growth is starting. Most people see results in 3–6 months, with full results at about 12 months.
What’s included
Prescription medication compounded by a licensed pharmacy, a provider consultation, and priority shipping at $15 flat fee.
Important safety information
This compounded formula is not FDA-approved. Individual results vary, and results last only as long as you keep using it. Finasteride must not be used, or handled, by anyone who is or may become pregnant. It isn’t recommended if you are breastfeeding or have scalp irritation or broken skin. Minoxidil is toxic to cats; keep pets away from treated areas until dry. A provider will determine whether it’s right for you.
